New job from the state for Jovana Joksimović’s company: Contracted media coverage for EXPO

The company Tačno DOO Belgrade, whose director is Jovana Joksimović, and her husband Željko Joksimović is a co-owner, received another job in a series from the state. This time they were awarded a contract worth about 5.04 million dinars, and it refers to the media monitoring of the activities of the EXPO 2027 International Exhibition.

Companies in which Jovana Joksimović is a director or co-owner often get jobs from the state. Less than a week ago, they were awarded the contract for EXPO 2027. It is a job for media monitoring activities, worth 5.04 million dinars.

As stated in the Decision on awarding the contract, EXPO 2027 DOO Belgrade, as the ordering party, made the Decision on the implementation of the procurement on February 18 of this year, and the competition lasted until February 27.

The document states that the invitation to submit bids through the Public Procurement Portal was sent on February 20, to three addresses. One of them is Tačno DOO Beograd, which is the owner of the agency and TV Tanjug, then the News agency BETA Press DOO, as well as FONET journalist and publishing company DOO.

Based on the aforementioned invitation, as stated, the offer was submitted in a timely manner by Tačno DOO Beograd, and there were no untimely offers.

It is emphasized that on February 3, the bidder was sent a request for clarification, i.e. supplementing the proof of the fulfillment of the criteria for the qualitative selection of the business entity, and that the bidder responded to that request two days later. After that, the Procurement Commission stated that the company Tačno DOO met the conditions for making the Decision on awarding the contract. It is stated that the offered price was acceptable and marketable.

The owners of this company are, namely, Radiotelevisija Pančevo 60 percent and Minacord Media 40 percent, whose co-owner is Željko Joksimović, the husband of Jovana Joksimović. Until recently, the co-owner of Minacord Media was also Manja Grcic, the new general director of RTS.

Therefore, she was a co-owner of Tačno DOO Belgrade, as well as its director. The competition for this job, which the company won, was announced at a time when she was still in the aforementioned positions. Grcic retired from those positions on February 24 of this year.

Manja Grcic also owned 50 percent of the marketing agency “Majo Public”, which she shared with Jovana Joksimović. However, she also retired from that position on February 24 of this year, and now the company is exclusively owned by Jovana Joksimović.

Lucrative jobs

We remind you that Nova.rs wrote in November of last year that the aforementioned company Majo Public received two million contracts from “Srbijavoz” for “marketing and distribution of information for the public” and “maintenance of social networks and creation of content”.

On October 16 of last year, according to the decisions published on the Public Procurement Portal, the company “Srbijavoz” awarded Joksimović’s company a contract for the work “marketing and distribution of information for the public” worth 4,788,000 dinars including VAT (about 40,000 euros).

“Srbijavoz” is not the only state company or institution that chose the company “Majo public” for some of its jobs. Judging by the data from the website of Jovana Joksimović, among her clients are Telekom Srbija, Auto-moto Association of Serbia, eUprava, Soko, Dipos, Natural History Museum… She also got work for the campaign for the prize game “Take the account and win”, Nova.rs wrote earlier.

They cooperated with “Srbijavoz” before, so this state-owned enterprise also awarded them two contracts in 2024, the total value of which was around 61,300 euros including VAT, and the decisions published on the Public Procurement Portal concerned the work of marketing and distributing information for the public/PR strategy, as well as maintaining social networks and creating content.

Another contract on the provision of PR services also with Srbijavoz, worth 30,000 euros, was also concluded in 2023, and in the same year the company “Majo public” signed a contract on the provision of consulting services in the field of PR and marketing with the state-owned Dipos, a company that leases real estate owned by Serbia, the value of which is about 29,700 euros, Nova.rs wrote earlier .

“Srbijavoz” is, by the way, a joint-stock company in which all the shares are owned by the state.
